Dabur India launches AI-powered Dialogue Hub to sharpen consumer engagement
Developed with WPP, the platform turns real-time digital conversations into consumer insights and brand action
NEW DELHI: In the fast-moving world of digital conversations, brands cannot afford to just listen from the sidelines. Dabur India has launched The Dialogue Hub, an AI-powered digital intelligence and engagement platform designed to help its marketing teams track consumer conversations, spot emerging trends and respond to them in real time.
Developed in partnership with WPP, the platform marks a shift from conventional online reputation management (ORM) and social listening towards an always-on intelligence system. It combines consumer insights, trend analysis and content execution to help Dabur make faster marketing decisions and create more relevant digital engagement.
The Dialogue Hub uses AI-driven video intelligence, conversational AI, sentiment mapping and trend forecasting to identify emerging discussions and decode changing consumer preferences. The insights are intended to help the company’s brands respond to cultural moments and evolving audience interests with timely communication.
A central feature of the platform is what Dabur describes as a “Strategy-to-Content Flywheel”, connecting consumer insights with content creation. The approach is designed to reduce the gap between identifying an emerging conversation and developing brand communication around it.
Dabur India vice-president of marketing Anindo Samajpati said the initiative represented a change in how the company approaches consumer engagement.
“Trust in modern households isn’t static; it is earned every single day in real time,” Samajpati said. He added that the platform would help Dabur move from listening to shaping conversations while keeping its established brands agile, relevant and consumer-centric.
The technology infrastructure is another key component of the initiative. Dabur India global chief information officer Manas Mehra said the company had integrated advanced platforms with its corporate infrastructure to build a secure and scalable environment for data-led marketing.
Dabur India general manager of digital marketing and D2C head Shashishekhar Mukherjee said the platform would help bridge the gap between audience insights and content execution. By enabling brand managers to identify micro-trends and cultural moments more quickly, he added, it would support faster and more precise digital engagement.
For WPP, the partnership combines creative intelligence with real-time content planning. Grey 82.5 (WPP) CEO Kiran Rammurthy said The Dialogue Hub would help Dabur strengthen brand associations through data-backed decisions and more agile content delivery.
The launch reflects the growing role of artificial intelligence and real-time consumer data in marketing, as companies look to move beyond monitoring online sentiment towards using insights to shape their communication. For Dabur, the platform is intended to strengthen consumer engagement and inform marketing decisions across its portfolio.
Dabur India, which has a legacy spanning 142 years, is one of the country’s leading fast-moving consumer goods companies. Its products reach eight out of every 10 Indian households, according to the company. Its portfolio includes four brands generating more than Rs 1,000 crore each, four brands in the Rs 500 crore-plus category and 15 brands in the Rs 100 crore to Rs 500 crore range.
