DD rejects ESS proposal on cricket programming package

NEW DELHI: In a major development that is bound to bring a sigh of relief within the ranks of Sony Entertainment Television India, Prasar Bharati today rejected ESPN Star Sports’ proposal for presenting cricket packages during the upcoming World Cup in South Africa.
