GURUGRAM: OSMO has appointed Megha Karani Gupta as managing partner as the agency expands its capabilities across strategy, creative, technology and data-led advertising.

Gupta brings more than 19 years of experience across India and the Middle East, with expertise spanning brand strategy, creative, digital transformation, content, business growth and AI-led marketing.

In her new role, Gupta will lead OSMO’s business growth while strengthening its strategic and creative capabilities. She will also focus on developing integrated solutions for brands navigating an increasingly technology-led marketing landscape.

“We’ve always believed that the future of advertising will be built at the intersection of creativity, technology and real-world data. Megha understands that intersection well,” said OSMO co-founder Nipun Arora.

He added that her experience and understanding of how brands are evolving would support the agency as it seeks to expand what an integrated OOH and technology-led agency can deliver.

Gupta has worked across multiple categories and markets, partnering with brands including P&G, HP, Booking.com, Bajaj, Sun Pharma, Dell, Tata Steel, Coca-Cola, GE Vernova and Amazon Prime.

Before joining OSMO, Gupta was senior vice president at Monks India, where she led business and strategic mandates and drove the adoption of AI-first workflows across strategy, creative and production.

Earlier, she served as chief strategy officer and chief business officer at Tribes, where she led key business mandates and scaled the agency’s branded content practice.

Her previous leadership roles include stints at Leo Burnett, Gozoop, L&K Saatchi and Hakuhodo.

“I am excited to be part of OSMO’s next phase of growth. My focus will be on strengthening our strategic depth, building high-performing teams and creating solutions that are both creatively distinctive and commercially meaningful,” said Megha Karani Gupta.

She added that as AI reshapes how brands think, create and scale, technology can make creativity more intelligent, relevant and effective.

Gupta has received several industry honours, including the LeadHerShip Visionary of the Year Award, Effie MENA’s Best Campaign of the Year, Digital Dragons Gold and Inkspell’s Most Innovative Content Award.

Her appointment comes as OSMO strengthens its leadership team and builds an integrated offering spanning out-of-home advertising, technology, data and creative solutions, with a focus on measurable business outcomes for brands.
