Growth Jet Media acquires Radixtude to expand communications offering
Deal brings PR, founder branding and creative production under one roof
NOIDA: Every great growth story needs a strong script, and that’s exactly what this deal is aiming to deliver. Growth Jet Media has acquired Radixtude in a move designed to bring strategic communications, founder branding, public relations and premium visual storytelling under one roof.
The acquisition marks a significant step in Growth Jet Media’s ambition to build an integrated communications platform for startups, growth-stage companies and founder-led businesses. As brands increasingly invest in founder visibility, video-led content and digital influence, the demand for agencies that can handle both communications strategy and creative execution has grown rapidly.
Founded by Dev Karan and Himanshu Chauhan, Radixtude has established itself as a creative-first production company specialising in filmmaking, branded content and visual storytelling. The company has worked with several leading brands, including Amazon India, Urban Company, Swiss Beauty, Canara HSBC, Ola, Chetak, VLCC, Durex, Dabur, Ecom Express, Delhivery and Oben.
Radixtude is known for combining cinematic storytelling, strong visual direction and brand strategy to create television commercials, branded films, digital campaigns and founder-led narratives. Through the acquisition, the company will continue operating as the creative production division of Growth Jet Media while serving brands, startups and founders across India.
Explaining the thinking behind the acquisition, Growth Jet Media co-founder Prasiddhi Vaidkar said, “Traditional PR alone no longer delivers the impact modern brands need. Today’s founders require integrated storytelling across earned media, video content, podcasts, social platforms, and brand films. The acquisition of Radixtude allows us to build a unified communications platform where strategy, storytelling, and creative execution work together to create meaningful business outcomes.”
The deal reflects a broader shift in the market, where businesses are looking beyond conventional public relations and investing in multi-format storytelling to build stronger connections with audiences.
Sharing his perspective on the partnership, Radixtude founder Dev Karan said, “Brands today compete for attention, not just market share. By combining creative filmmaking with strategic communications, we can help founders and businesses build stronger emotional connections with their audiences and create stories that resonate across platforms.”
Meanwhile, Radixtude founder Himanshu Chauhan added, “The future belongs to brands that can tell stories across multiple formats. This partnership brings together creative storytelling and strategic communications to help brands build stronger audience connections and lasting influence.”
With the acquisition now complete, the combined entity plans to focus on helping startups, consumer brands and founder-led businesses create more compelling narratives in an increasingly content-driven marketplace. For Growth Jet Media, the message is clear: in today’s attention economy, telling the right story may be just as important as building the right business.
