Aer Media co-founder Vinay Anand exits after 10 years
Anand, who co-founded the influencer marketing firm in 2016, will pursue other interests
MUMBAI: Aer Media co-founder Vinay Anand has exited the influencer marketing and talent management company after a decade to pursue other interests.
Anand co-founded Aer Media in 2016, when influencer marketing was still an emerging segment in India. Over the years, the company has worked with creators and brands across influencer marketing and talent management.
Aer Media founder and CEO Atin Sharma thanked Anand for his contribution to building the company over the past decade.
“Vinay has been part of building this company over the last decade, and we thank him for the partnership and everything it created. We wish him the best for his future endeavours,” Sharma said.
Aer Media co-founder Pooja Sharma also acknowledged Anand’s contribution to the company’s journey.
“We thank Vinay for ten years of building together. The creator economy keeps opening up new ground, and we’re genuinely excited about what we get to build in the years ahead,” she said.
Anand said the past decade had been a rewarding experience, thanking his co-founders, team, creators and brand partners.
“It has been a pleasure building Aer Media over the last ten years, with both Atin and Pooja, and what we have achieved. I am also thankful to the great team, wonderful creators and brands for a beautiful decade, and I wish them all the very best for what’s ahead,” Anand said.
His exit marks the end of a decade-long chapter for one of Aer Media’s founding leaders, as the creator economy continues to evolve and open up new opportunities for brands, creators and talent management businesses.
