MUMBAI: Admatazz is looking to make its next growth move with an advertising veteran at the helm of client partnerships. The independent digital marketing and media solutions agency has appointed Darrell Fernandes as executive vice president, growth and client partnerships, as it looks to expand its client portfolio and build new brand relationships.

Fernandes brings more than two decades of experience across traditional and digital advertising, client servicing, business development and strategic brand partnerships. His appointment comes as Admatazz seeks to strengthen its leadership team and pursue opportunities with leading brands across India.

Before joining Admatazz, Fernandes spent over five years at White Rivers Media as senior vice president. He worked across brands including Dream11, Glenmark, Raymond, Hero MotoCorp and ITC Foods, while also handling projects for Netflix and Dettol.

Earlier, he served as associate vice president at Red Fuse, part of WPP, where he was a member of the leadership team working on Colgate-Palmolive’s Indian business. His career has also included stints at Publicis Ambience, MullenLowe, Rediffusion Y&R and Bates 141.

At Admatazz, Fernandes will focus on driving business growth, strengthening existing client relationships and developing partnerships with prospective clients. He will also identify opportunities to bring together strategic thinking, creative solutions and digital expertise to address evolving marketing and business needs.

Commenting on the appointment, Admatazz founder Yash Chandiramani said the agency was building a team capable of taking on larger challenges and creating greater value for clients as it enters its next phase of growth. He added that Fernandes’ experience across traditional and digital advertising would help strengthen existing partnerships, develop new relationships and expand the business.

Fernandes said his approach would centre on understanding clients’ business challenges and developing strategic and creative responses that deliver meaningful outcomes.

“What drew me to Admatazz is the opportunity to work with a team that brings these capabilities together, backed by a strong body of work,” said Admatazz executive vice president, growth and client partnerships Darrell Fernandes. He added that he looked forward to building meaningful client partnerships and identifying opportunities to create value.

The appointment comes as brands increasingly seek agencies that can connect creative communication with business objectives. For Admatazz, Fernandes’ arrival is expected to strengthen its integrated offering across creativity, media, technology and strategy, while giving its ambitions for new business a more experienced hand.
