Quick TV expands micro-drama slate with seven new originals
June line-up brings thrillers, action dramas and fantasy stories to mobile screens
MUMBAI: In the age of thumb-scroll entertainment, every second counts and Quick TV is betting that betrayal, revenge and time travel can all fit neatly between two swipes. Quick TV, the short-form entertainment platform from ShareChat and Moj, is expanding its micro-drama universe with a fresh slate of original series set to premiere throughout June, as competition intensifies in India’s fast-growing mobile-first content market.
The new line-up spans revenge thrillers, family dramas, fantasy adventures, action sagas and romantic mysteries, bringing together a mix of established television actors and digital-first storytelling formats designed for audiences seeking quick yet immersive entertainment.
Leading the slate is Bhula Dia Tujhe, starring Rajneesh Duggal as Aryan, a man who returns after years of captivity to uncover the conspiracy that shattered his life. Adding a sci-fi twist is Tring Tring, featuring Ujjwal Chopra as Tejaswi, whose life takes an extraordinary turn when he receives a phone call from his own son in the future during India’s stock market boom.
The platform is also introducing Zinda Hoon Main, a comeback story centred on a man presumed dead who resurfaces years later to reclaim his identity, while Baaghi follows former don Vijay “Baggha” as he attempts to rebuild his family before being pulled back into a dangerous world of violence.
Suspense and romance intersect in Detective Aur Haseena, starring Zaan Khan and Kajal Chauhan. The series follows a detective and a troubled heiress whose search for answers leads them into a maze of betrayal, hidden conspiracies and unexpected affection.
Towards the end of June, Quick TV will further widen its storytelling canvas with Bahubali Ka Balidan, an ancient fantasy-action drama headlined by Gautam Vig. Set in a world of Gurukuls and warriors, the series follows a loyal protector falsely branded a traitor by the very people he once served.
The platform has already rolled out Shaadi With Killer X and Project Love. While the former explores a marriage built on secrets and danger, the latter tackles relationships, morality and personal loyalties through an emotional contemporary narrative.
The expansion highlights the growing momentum behind micro-dramas, a format increasingly attracting television stars and digital creators alike as audiences shift towards shorter, mobile-friendly content experiences.
For Quick TV, the strategy is clear: if attention spans are shrinking, the stories simply need to hit harder, faster and leave viewers wanting the next episode before the screen refreshes.
