With an endeavour to bring this cinematic experience to every movie enthusiast, &flix and Zee Cinema bring the biggest adventure on television with #FirstDayFirstShow of the #DwayneJohnson starrer #JumanjiTheNextLevel. Featuring an ensemble cast comprising the who’s who of Hollywood from stand-up comic #KevinHart, #JackBlack to #GoldenGlobe award-winning actor #DannyDeVito and Danny Glover and a special appearance by comic Awkwafina, here’s a film that is sure to keep your adrenaline on check. So, get ready to #LeapForth into the greatest rollercoaster ride this Sunday, June 21st at 1PM and 9PM. 

With Flix First premiere of Jumanji: The Next Level on &flix, viewers can enjoy the movie in the language of their choice with the premiere available in English, Tamil and Telugu on Sunday at 1pm and 9 pm. In addition to this, the viewers can also tune in to the Hindi premiere on Zee Cinema at 1 pm.

With the premiere of ‘Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle’ clocking over 234 GTVts and making it to the top 5 premieres of 2018 on BARC since the launch of the channel in June, &flix truly made its presence felt in the category. Launched with an ambition to showcase the best of Hollywood movies and premieres, the channel has consistently aired the biggest Hollywood blockbusters across genres for its discerning audience.  Keeping viewers preferences at the core, the channel has also disrupted the category by reducing the time taken for premieres on television by half. With back-to-back blockbuster premieres such as ‘Venom’, ‘Spiderman Homecoming’ and ‘The Jungle Book’ that garnered an overwhelming response, the channel continues to enthral viewers this lockdown with yet another blockbuster of the year of the biggest adventure franchise. The channel has garnered support from top brands like Kia, Ariel, Amazon, Airtel 4G, Xiaomi, Protinex and ITC for the latest instalment of the billion-dollar franchise premiering on the channel.

In Jumanji: The Next Level, the gang is back with none other than Dr. Xander ‘Smolder’ Bravestone (Dwayne Johnson), Franklin ‘Mouse’ Finbar (Kevin Hart), Professor Sheldon ‘Oberon’ (Jack Black), Ruby Roundhouse (Karen Gillian) and Jefferson ‘Seaplane’ McDonough (Nick Jonas). As they return to Jumanji to rescue one of their own, they discover that nothing is as they expect. In Jumanji, you either fall trap to one of the game’s several sinister plots or you survive long enough to see yourself through till the end on a treacherous path to parts unknown. The players will have to brave parts unknown and unexplored, from the arid deserts to the snowy mountains, in order to escape the world’s most dangerous game.

Zee5 launches five free FAST channels on Samsung TV Plus India

New genre-led channels bring comedy, drama, horror, classics and South films to Smart TVs.

MUMBAI: Zee5 just turned Samsung Smart TVs into a free entertainment buffet because when premium content costs nothing, even the remote control starts smiling. Zee5 has launched five curated free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channels on Samsung TV Plus India, making high-quality, genre-specific entertainment available subscription-free to millions of Samsung Smart TV owners across the country.

The five channels now live are:

Zee Comedy Nation – Popular comedy shows and movies
Zee Dil Se – Compelling drama series
ZEE Horror Nights – Horror and supernatural content
ZEE Cine Classic – Timeless Indian films
ZEE South Flix – High-energy South Indian films dubbed in Hindi
All content is drawn from Zee5’s extensive library and programmed in a lean-back, always-on format ideal for large-screen viewing. This launch strengthens Zee5’s Connected TV strategy at a time when 64 per cent of its premium content watch time already comes from connected devices.

The channels are available directly through the pre-installed Samsung TV Plus app with no login or subscription required. This marks another milestone in Zee5’s CTV expansion and builds on its growing international presence, with Zee channels already available on Samsung TV Plus across Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
