Zee Marathi claims good show with Oscar nominee ‘Shwaas’ telecast
MUMBAI: Zee Marathi has claimed that it recorded impressive numbers with the telecast of Shwaas on 29 October. The movie had occupied the time band 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm. According to the channel, 2.58 million viewers watched the telecast.
Quoting Tam data (C&S 4+, Channel Shares, Base : All Channels, All Maharashtra), Zee Marathi asserts the movie helped it to record 20 per cent channel share over Star Plus’ 16.3 per cent in the time band. ETV Marathi was placed third with 9.6 per cent of channel share.
In the all Maharashtra market, Shwaas recorded 4.5, 4.9, 6.1 and 6.5 TVRs in the CS15+, CS4+, CS FEM ABC 15+ and CS FEM ABC 25+ respectively. In the Mumbai market, performance in the same categories showed 4.7, 5.4, 6.7 and 6.7 TVRs respectively. In the Maharashtra 1Mn+ market, it was 5.3, 5.4, 9.3 and 13 TVRs.
