PNC to wind up Dubai subsidiary
MUMBAI: Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd has decided to wind up its overseas subsidiary, PNC International FZ-LLC, based in Dubai Media City.
The board, which met today, has accepted the resignation of additional director Freddy Birdy and chief financial officer Ashok Bhattacharya. Creative director Rangita Nandy has been appointed as additional director.
The board has reconstituted the audit committee by inducting Udayan Bose in place of Freddy Birdy.
