Ideas.com holds 2.5% stake in Pritish Nandy Communications

MUMBAI: Pritish Nandy Communications (PNC) has received intimation from Ideas.com India, a corporate acting in concert with the promoters of the company, that it has acquired in all 5,000 equity shares of the Company.
 

Ideas.com made the purchase in two equal tranches, on 9 and 11 May.
 
 

With this acquisition, its shareholding in PNC stands at 2,69,193 equity shares, aggregating to 2.57 per cent stake.
