G Subramanian is new Star CFO

MUMBAI: Star India CFO Shankar Narayan who put in his papers recently, has been replaced by G Subramanian.
Subramanian, who for the last two years has been chief financial officer at Digital Platform Group, Star India’s DTH driver, has been elevated to CFO of the network effective today.
Meanwhile, HR head Shalini Kamath, who also put in her papers recently, will be working closely with the management to select a replacement, company officials say. However Sunil Hingorani, V-P, distribution & sales, who has also resigned, is not being replaced for the present.
