Fashion TV launches in the US
MUMBAI: Fashion TV (FTV) which as the name suggests deals with the glamour and beauty of the fashion catwalk is spreading its wings.
It has signed a deal with RRsat Global Networks. As per this FTV will start airing in the US, Central America and South America via Intelsat Americas-5 (Telstar-5) and Intelsat-907 satellites. FTV’s programming includes backstage, behind-the-scenes access, in-depth profiles and interviews with the hottest designers and models.
FTV covers all aspects of the Fashion and lifestyle scene; from Haute Couture to beachwear, from VIP events to reality TV. Its repertoire also includes beauty programems like hair and make up as well as lifestyle magazines like stars and cars.

FTV was founded in France in 1997.
