Cinevistaas AGM on 26 September

MUMBAI: The sixth annual general meeting (AGM) of Cinevistaas Ltd has now been scheduled for Friday 26 September.
In a notice to its shareholders, the company has said that the AGM will be held on the above date at 11 am at Shri Bhaidas Maganlal Sabhagriha, U-1, Juhu Development Scheme, Vile Parle West in Mumbai.
It has also notified the book closure period for the company to be from 19 September to 25 September 2003, both days inclusive.
