WPP Media is the ‘Agency of the year’, says ‘Business Today’
MUMBAI: WPP Media India has added yet another feather to its cap. The company comprising MindShare, Maximize and MindShare Fulcrum has won ‘Agency of the year’ award from the business weekly Business Today.
Business Today‘s ‘Agency of the year’ award is the second award the company has won within a year of its inception, close on the heels of the ‘Best Media Agency Office in Asia’ award.
According to the Business Today report, WPP Media has been chosen as the biggest advertising agency in India as ‘it provides media pros an environment in which they can excel’. The company’s entry, according to the report, into the staid calculator and spreadsheet heavy world of media planning has revolutionised the discipline.
The media specialist company that claims to be the largest media investment management group has billings in excess of Rs 15 billion. It has 70 offices in 51 countries throughout the USA, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific and offers specialist services through its Advanced Techniques Group, M Digital, Media Consumer Insights Group, BroadMind & WPP Outdoor.
