MUMBAI: VerSe Innovation, the parent company of Dailyhunt and Josh, has unveiled SparkStation, an AI-powered content operating system designed to take productions from ideation and scripting to asset creation, editing, rendering and distribution through a single platform.

Launched at Film Expo 2026, SparkStation is VerSe Innovation’s first global-focused product and is aimed at filmmakers, production houses, brands, businesses, e-commerce companies, agencies, creators and influencers.

The platform uses a model-agnostic AI layer to route individual creative tasks to different AI models based on their capabilities. Its workflow covers story development, scripting, casting, locations, costumes, storyboarding, shot creation, music, dialogue, editing, captioning, rendering, ad formats and distribution.

VerSe Innovation said SparkStation can reduce the production cost of a 60-second brand film by up to 90%, from Rs 10 lakh-Rs 25 lakh to Rs 50,000-Rs 75,000, while reducing production timelines from weeks to around 24 hours.

The platform focuses on continuity across five elements: faces, expressions, wardrobe, locations and props. It also supports content production in more than 60 languages, including localisation of lip movements, emotional expressions and local idioms.

For filmmakers and production houses, SparkStation offers tools covering the production process from story building and script coverage to casting, location design, storyboards, shot creation, music and dialogue generation, editing and rendering. It also provides exports compatible with industry-standard non-linear editing systems.

For brands, businesses, e-commerce companies and agencies, the platform offers image, video, user-generated content and performance advertising formats, along with catalogue-scale product creatives and localised campaign variants.

Creators and influencers can access templates and studio-grade output through a credits-based model.

VerSe Innovation said SparkStation has been used internally for more than six months and is already being used at scale to generate revenue.

The platform is backed by more than $30 million in committed investment over 24 months, covering GPU infrastructure, AI orchestration and specialist talent. The company aims to serve more than 100 studios, 1,000 brands and thousands of creators globally.

SparkStation will roll out in three phases, with beta access beginning on August 29, general availability scheduled for October 1 and an enterprise API tier planned for November 1.
