Rusk Media elevates Rima Ashraf to senior manager, brand partnerships

MUMBAI: Rusk Media has promoted Rima Ashraf to senior manager, brand partnerships, marking a step up in her role within the company’s digital entertainment and creator-led ecosystem.

Announcing her promotion on LinkedIn, Ashraf reflected on her journey of building and scaling brand partnerships in the digital entertainment space, describing the transition as a move into greater responsibility within the organisation.

“It’s been a rewarding journey building and scaling partnerships in the digital entertainment space, and I’m looking forward to taking on greater responsibility in this next role,” she wrote, while thanking colleagues and leadership at Rusk Media for their support and trust.

She also acknowledged Mohit Sharma and Rahul Arora for their guidance during her tenure.

Ashraf’s career spans multiple roles across the digital content and partnerships ecosystem. Before her promotion, she served as manager, brand partnerships at Rusk Media, where she worked on strengthening brand collaborations in the creator-driven entertainment space.

Her earlier experience includes roles at Glance, where she worked in community and content functions, as well as freelance and consulting assignments with platforms such as HighApe. These roles helped build her experience across partnerships, content strategy and digital engagement.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.

The promotion comes as digital entertainment companies continue to expand their brand partnership verticals, with increasing emphasis on creator ecosystems, performance-driven campaigns and integrated content collaborations.
