Reliance Broadcast launches ONE BIG WORLD media ecosystem
Platform unifies radio, news, digital, DOOH and events, reaching 500 million users
MUMBAI: Why speak in one voice when you can echo across every screen, speaker and street corner? Reliance Broadcast Network Limited (RBNL) is betting that the future of media lies in convergence, unveiling ONE BIG WORLD, a unified ecosystem that brings its radio, digital, news, digital out-of-home (DOOH) and experiential businesses under a single umbrella.
The launch marks a strategic shift for the company from operating individual media verticals to building an integrated platform designed to engage audiences across both physical and digital touchpoints. The new ecosystem will operate from RBNL’s 60,000 sq. ft. facility in Noida.
According to the company, ONE BIG WORLD reaches more than 500 million monthly users, powered by 67 Big FM radio stations, the Big News Network, over 100 million lifetime Big LIVE users, a social media reach exceeding 20 million, and more than 5,000 transit-based DOOH screens spread across 75-plus cities.
As part of the expansion, RBNL has also introduced Big FM One, Big Experiences and Big Vibe, extending its footprint across hyperlocal content, vernacular digital platforms and live experiences.
The platform has been built around three strategic pillars. The first comprises its core businesses Big FM, Big News Network and Big DOOH. The second focuses on digital offerings, including Big FM One, Big LIVE and Big Social Connect, while the third centres on experiential businesses such as Big Vibe, Big Concerts & IPs and Big Experiences, aimed at strengthening the company’s presence in live entertainment, events and enterprise engagement.
The move reflects a broader transformation underway in India’s media landscape, where audiences increasingly move seamlessly between broadcast, digital, outdoor and live experiences. For advertisers, the shift promises a single platform capable of delivering integrated campaigns instead of fragmented media buys across multiple partners.
Commenting on the launch, RBNL chairman Sahil Mangla said ONE BIG WORLD represents the company’s response to evolving consumer behaviour, transforming Reliance Broadcast from a traditional radio broadcaster into an AI-powered, multi-platform media ecosystem spanning radio, news, digital, DOOH and live experiences.
Chief Executive Officer Ashit Kukian said the unified platform would allow brands to execute end-to-end campaigns from content creation and distribution to on-ground activations through a single integrated ecosystem, enabling wider reach, stronger engagement and measurable business outcomes.
With audiences consuming content across multiple platforms and formats, RBNL’s latest move underscores how legacy broadcasters are increasingly reinventing themselves as full-stack media companies in an increasingly connected digital world.
