Myntra offers creators 3X earning opportunities ahead of festive season
Creator School edition 2 brings 300+ creators together in Mumbai before Big Fashion Festival
BENGALURU: Myntra is giving its creator economy a festive lift with 3X earning opportunities for creators ahead of its Big Fashion Festival, while bringing more than 300 creators together for the second edition of Creator School in Mumbai.
Under the festive initiative, creators can earn three times the rewards on content featuring a wide range of festive styles through Myntra’s affiliate platforms, including Ultimate GlamClan Affiliate, as well as social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
The initiative comes as fashion discovery increasingly moves through creator-led content, with Myntra looking to expand participation in its digital commerce ecosystem.
The second edition of Myntra Creator School brought together more than 300 creators from entertainment, entrepreneurship and digital platforms.
Shilpa Shetty and Siddharth Dungarwal, founder of Snitch, shared perspectives on building enduring brands and staying relevant in a rapidly changing cultural landscape.
Ella D Verma, Sufi Motiwala and Shreya Kalra discussed emerging trends and the changing language of social media, while Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal spoke about authenticity and navigating the digital environment.
Myntra, Meta and YouTube also conducted sessions covering platform insights and content creation practices.
Myntra said its creator ecosystem has expanded significantly over the past year. More than 8 million users have signed up for its user-generated content programme, generating over 12 million pieces of content.
On Glamstream, 7 million users have engaged with creator content, with Gen Z accounting for 52 per cent of total views. The company said the figures highlight the growing role of creator-led content in fashion discovery and engagement.
Myntra has set an ambition of enabling one million creators to participate in India’s digital commerce ecosystem. The company is continuing to invest in tools, formats and community initiatives aimed at helping creators expand their reach and generate income.
Earlier this year, Myntra introduced Affiliate within Ultimate GlamClan, allowing everyday shopper-creators to earn commissions through personalised storefronts, curated collections, content posts and affiliate-enabled product links shared across social media and personal networks.
Myntra vice president, marketing, Deepash Jain said, “This festive season, we are creating stronger monetisation opportunities for creators with 3X earnings on select festive styles, while Creator School edition 2 brings the community together to connect, learn, and grow. Our focus is to help creators build their influence, expand their communities, and participate meaningfully in Myntra’s creator-led commerce journey.”
The festive programme and Creator School initiative underline Myntra’s broader push to connect fashion discovery, creator influence and commerce as it heads into the peak shopping season.
