Liqvd Digital IPO subscribed 5.08 times on final day, NII demand leads
MUMBAI: Liqvd Digital’s IPO certainly found its audience, with investors clicking into the issue in a big way. The initial public offering of Liqvd Digital India Limited was subscribed 5.08 times on the final day of bidding, according to stock exchange data.
The issue received bids for 3,86,12,000 equity shares against 75,94,000 shares on offer, taking the overall subscription well past the shares available.
The strongest appetite came from non-institutional investors (NIIs), whose portion was subscribed 21.02 times. The retail investor portion was subscribed 1.43 times, while the qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) portion was subscribed 1.00 times.
Incorporated in 2013, Liqvd Digital operates as a creative-led digital marketing agency offering services across content creation and production, media buying, content marketing and performance reporting.
The company’s capabilities broadened following its acquisition of AdLift, adding areas such as performance monitoring, search engine optimisation and AI-driven content creation.
Its wider offering includes social media management, media planning and buying, online reputation management, creative and content production, influencer marketing through an in-house creator network, as well as web and application development.
Liqvd Digital works with large enterprises, mid-sized brands and direct-to-consumer startups. The company says its approach is built around combining media solutions and technology to help brands identify, reach, acquire and retain audiences.
The company and AdLift have offices in Mumbai and Gurgaon. Liqvd Digital also operates an in-house Mumbai studio with a green-screen setup for founder videos, interviews, editing and voice-over coordination.
The IPO also ties into Liqvd Digital’s broader effort to expand its technology capabilities across artificial intelligence, automation and proprietary digital platforms.
The company plans to allocate Rs 9.15 crore from the proceeds towards setting up a Full Scale VCP Hub. The facility is part of its longer-term ambition to build an AI-integrated content offering for brands.
Its technology push also includes Tesseract, an AI lab developed by the AdLift Group. The initiative focuses on campaign delivery, content automation and audience insights.
Liqvd Digital is positioning these technology investments alongside its existing creative, media and performance marketing operations, with the aim of improving workflow efficiency, strengthening client outcomes and creating additional revenue opportunities.
With the IPO now drawing strong subscription demand, particularly from NIIs, the agency’s market debut will put its creative-plus-technology strategy under closer investor scrutiny.
