HarperCollins India signs Rajiv Bakshi’s debut book on leadership and career success

Worldwide rights acquired for business guide aimed at young professionals and executives

NEW DELHI: Turning the page on the boardroom, one chapter at a time. HarperCollins Publishers India has acquired worldwide rights to the debut book by business strategist Rajiv Bakshi, a forthcoming title that explores executive success and the changing rules of career growth in an increasingly competitive workplace.

The book, which will be published by HarperCollins India and released internationally, is aimed at management and engineering graduates, young professionals, start-up founders and business leaders seeking practical guidance on building successful careers.

According to the publisher, the book examines how effective leaders are shaped by the decisions they make and the habits they develop over time. Drawing on Bakshi’s corporate experience, it combines strategic insights with practical frameworks designed to help readers navigate today’s fast-changing business environment.

Bakshi is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and has spent more than two decades leading growth, innovation and business transformation across the media, entertainment, digital and consumer sectors. During his career, he has held senior leadership roles at Zee Entertainment, Reliance Entertainment and Warner Bros. Discovery, where he led business expansion, launched new initiatives and built high-performing teams.

Commenting on the book, author Rajiv Bakshi said it is intended to help professionals channel their ambition into meaningful career growth.
