Google expands AI Max with multilingual AI Brief and new reporting tools
New features give advertisers more control over AI campaigns and performance insights
MUMBAI: Google is expanding its AI-powered advertising capabilities with new AI Max features designed to give advertisers greater control over campaigns and more visibility into how AI-driven search ads perform.
The company has announced the expansion of the closed beta of AI Brief to seven additional languages: Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish.
AI Brief allows advertisers to guide AI Max using their own words, providing detailed context about their business, target audience and key messaging. The feature is designed to give Google’s AI systems more information to work with when developing and optimising advertising campaigns.
Google is also introducing a new reporting feature in Google Ads aimed at providing a clearer view of the customer journey across AI-driven Search campaigns.
The reporting interface will bring the Search ads journey into a single view, allowing advertisers to see the search terms that triggered their ads, the creative assets shown to users and the pages on their websites where users landed.
The company said the feature will help advertisers understand how customers interact with their campaigns and assess the strategic value of AI Max.
The new reporting capability also gives marketers greater visibility into the different elements of an AI-driven campaign, potentially making it easier to connect search intent, creative selection and website engagement.
Google said it will provide additional details about the features and their availability later this year.
The latest updates come as Google continues to build more AI-driven controls and measurement tools into its advertising products, with advertisers increasingly relying on automated systems to determine how campaigns are matched, delivered and optimised.
