MUMBAI: When it comes to AI video, Eloelo Group is looking to make sure the story does not get lost between the shots.

The entertainment and technology company has unveiled Dolphin AI, an agentic AI studio designed to take creators from an initial idea or script to a complete video production. The platform was launched by Saurabh Pandey during his keynote at FICCI FRAMES 2026 in Mumbai.

The Dolphin AI booth was inaugurated by Shri Prithul Kumar, Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, alongside Pandey.

At the heart of Dolphin AI is a problem that continues to challenge generative video tools: continuity. While AI can produce impressive individual clips, maintaining the same character, voice, wardrobe, props, locations and visual style across a longer production can be considerably harder.

Dolphin AI is built around a proprietary multi-shot planning and continuity system that aims to solve exactly that. Instead of treating every prompt as a standalone generation, the platform is designed to understand a production as one connected piece of work.

The technology stems from Eloelo Group’s own experience in content production. Through Story TV, the company says it has produced more than 5,000 original dramas and tests over 100,000 creative assets every month.

That volume of production, according to the company, led to Dolphin being developed initially as an internal solution to make video creation faster and more iterative. The technology is now being opened up to creators, filmmakers, brands and studios globally.

“Video is at the heart of what we do at Eloelo Group. We have produced more than 5,000 dramas and test over 100,000 creatives every month. Dolphin came from solving our own production problems at that scale,” said Eloelo Group founder and CEO Saurabh Pandey.

Pandey said the platform is designed to support everything from social media videos and tutorials to D2C advertising and micro-dramas.

He also pointed to a limitation in current AI video generation, where maintaining context across longer sequences remains difficult.

“AI videos currently lack context preservation and struggle to build anything beyond 8 to 10 seconds,” he said, adding that Dolphin uses multi-shot technology and an agentic workflow to create longer videos while maintaining continuity.

Dolphin AI offers different levels of creative control through four main components: Chat, Templates, Playground and Film Studio.

Chat allows creators to work through natural-language instructions, while Templates offer guided creation. Playground provides more detailed, shot-level control, with editing and enhancement tools incorporated into the same environment.

The most ambitious component is Film Studio, which is designed to turn a script into a structured production.

The system analyses a script to understand its premise, tone, chronology and character arcs. It then identifies characters, locations and props before creating reusable visual, voice and wardrobe assets that creators can review and lock.

The idea is to move AI video production away from generating a series of disconnected clips and towards something closer to an organised production workflow.

That approach is particularly relevant for formats such as micro-dramas, advertisements, product videos, UGC, podcasts, AI avatars, animation and stylised motion, where creators may need multiple connected shots rather than a single short clip.

The company is also positioning Dolphin AI as a system that can work across different AI models rather than depending on one model to handle every creative task.

“Generative AI is moving faster than any product can be designed around a single model,” said Eloelo Group CTO Sagar Gaonkar.

Gaonkar argued that different models will continue to excel at different aspects of video creation. In that environment, he said, the value lies in a creative layer that understands the creator’s intent, breaks the work into tasks, selects suitable models and maintains continuity as those pieces come together.

“The model is becoming a component. The creative system is the product,” he said.

Dolphin AI also supports the Model Context Protocol, or MCP, allowing compatible AI clients including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Cursor to access its image, video and voice capabilities as part of existing agentic workflows.

Eloelo is launching Dolphin AI with a broader ambition for India’s creative economy. The company estimates that India’s creative economy contributes around 2.5% of GDP and that approximately 80 million people form part of the country’s creator economy.

The argument is straightforward: if AI can reduce the cost and complexity of producing quality video, smaller teams and individual creators could experiment with more ideas, produce at greater speed and target audiences outside their domestic markets.

For India, the opportunity is also tied to its filmmaking ecosystem, storytelling traditions and linguistic diversity. Dolphin AI is being developed to support content across languages, formats and markets, with the company positioning the technology as a potential tool for expanding India’s role as a global producer and exporter of entertainment.

“We hope India becomes the hub for the Orange Economy and moves from being one of the world’s largest consumers of content to one of the largest exporters of content,” said Eloelo Group founder and CEO Saurabh Pandey.

Following its unveiling at FICCI FRAMES 2026, Dolphin AI is now available for early access through a waitlist or invite code. With its focus on stitching together the entire creative process, Eloelo is betting that the next leap in AI video will not just be about generating better shots, but about making those shots work together as one story.
