Adidas launches ‘You Got This’ campaign ahead of Asian Games
Campaign features Indian athletes and messages of support in four Indian languages
MUMBAI: When the pressure mounts, a little homegrown cheer can go a long way. Adidas is bringing that belief to the fore with its latest ‘You Got This’ campaign, launched ahead of the Asian Games and Asian Para Games 2026.
The campaign film features Adidas athletes Kartik Karkera, Lovlina Borgohain, Sumit Antil and Simran Sharma preparing for their respective events, while messages of encouragement reach them in Haryanvi, Hindi, Assamese and Marathi.
Rather than focusing solely on the athletes on the starting line, the campaign turns the lens towards the voices behind them. Its central idea is that Indian athletes carry more than their sporting ambitions when they step onto the continental stage, they also carry the belief and encouragement of people watching from home.
The campaign arrives as India prepares for the Asian Games in Japan, beginning 19 September. It follows India’s fourth-place finish at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, where the country collected 39 medals, 13 gold, 17 silver and nine bronze.
India’s Commonwealth campaign included notable performances in boxing, athletics, weightlifting and para-athletics, setting the stage for another major multi-sport assignment.
Beyond the four athletes featured in the film, Adidas said Niharika Vashisht, Preeti Pal, Damneet Singh, Sarvesh Kushare, Tejaswin Shankar and Nishad Kumar will also represent India in different disciplines at the Games.
Bhawna Sikka, Senior Director, Brand, Adidas India, said the campaign is intended to recognise the people who support athletes when competitive pressure is at its highest.
The ‘You Got This’ platform forms part of Adidas’ broader effort to address the pressure athletes face, while keeping the focus on the enjoyment and spirit of sport. This latest campaign extends that message from the athlete to the wider community cheering them on.
With four languages and a cross-section of athletes at its centre, the campaign puts a simple message into many voices: when India’s athletes step up, they do not step up alone.
