Paytm’s Madhur Deora promoted to president
Digital payments leader Paytm, the brand owned by One97 Communications, has today announced that Madhur Deora, currently CFO of Paytm, has been promoted as President of the company.
Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Founder & CEO, Paytm, said, "We have grown over 20x in the last 3 years by creating a payments-led lifestyle and financial services app in our country. Madhur has over two decades of professional experience. Prior to joining Paytm in October 2016, he served as Managing Director in Citigroup’s investment banking business in a career that spanned New York, London, and Mumbai.
