Web Werks appoints Durgesh Pandey as chief finance officer

Mumbai: Data center provider Web Werks has announced the appointment of Durgesh Pandey as chief finance officer (CFO).

In his new role, Pandey will be responsible for the management of all financial processes in India for all the legal entities, partnering in the formulation of the overall organisation strategy & facilitating business growth. He will be a pivotal member of the senior management team, said the company in a statement.

“I believe that his flawless credentials, extensive skill and proven track record will help drive our vision,” stated Web Werks India founder and CEOikhil Rathi. “I strongly believe that under Durgesh’s leadership, we will be able to extend our services to a wider range of customers.”

With 18 years of enriched work experience in financial and business strategy planning, Pandey has been previously associated with Nxtra Data Ltd (data center arm of Bharti Airtel Ltd) over the past three years. His expertise in performance analysis of actual with target, preparation of long-range plan including annual operating plan will drive business heads in various business-sensitive and strategic projects.

CHENNAI: Financial Software and Systems (FSS), an AI-first payment infrastructure company, has appointed Anand Krishnamurthi as head of global digital delivery.

In his new role, Anand Krishnamurthi will lead FSS’s global digital delivery capabilities, focusing on AI-first and cloud-led transformation while ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes for customers worldwide. He will be based in Chennai and report to V. Balasubramanian, CEO of FSS.

Bringing 28 years of experience in technology and digital transformation across banking, capital markets, financial services, and insurance, Anand has held senior leadership positions at Cognizant and NuSummit. He is recognised for scaling multi-geography delivery teams, leading mission-critical platforms, and embedding AI-driven automation in complex, regulated environments.
