Bajaj Electricals appoints Ashween Anand as new chief financial officer
Former Tata Starbucks finance chief joins as the company powers up its next growth chapter
MUMBAI – Bajaj Electricals is giving its leadership team a fresh charge, appointing Ashween Anand as its new chief financial officer, effective 16 May 2026, as the company sharpens its focus on growth and long-term value creation.
In her new role at Bajaj Electricals Limited, Anand will lead the finance function, overseeing financial strategy, capital allocation, governance, compliance and transformation initiatives. The appointment comes as the company looks to strengthen its operational foundations while navigating its next phase of expansion.
Anand joins with more than 16 years of experience across finance, strategy and corporate governance, bringing a broad leadership background shaped by roles at some of the world’s best-known companies.
Most recently, she served as chief financial officer at Tata Starbucks, the joint venture between Tata Consumer Products and Starbucks, where she played a central role in steering financial strategy for one of India’s fastest-growing premium retail businesses.
Before that, her career included senior finance and leadership roles at EY, Deloitte, Mondelēz International and Colgate-Palmolive, giving her experience across consulting, consumer goods and multinational operations.
Welcoming the appointment, Bajaj Electricals Limited chairman Shekhar Bajaj said the company was pleased to have Anand join its leadership team, highlighting her strong track record in driving governance frameworks and operational discipline.
