Meevaa Foods launches Mee First campaign focused on mothers’ self-care
Mother’s Day initiative urges women to pause, reset and put themselves first
NEW DELHI: Meevaa Foods by Zappfresh has launched a new Mother’s Day digital campaign titled Mee First, encouraging mothers and working women to take a pause from their daily routines and prioritise self-care.
The campaign is built around a simple but relatable insight: women, particularly mothers, often juggle multiple responsibilities across home, work and relationships, while consistently putting their own needs last.
Rolled out primarily on Instagram and supported through LinkedIn, the initiative invites audiences to share their personal self-care moments using the hashtag Mee First, helping create a wider conversation around balance, well-being and self-worth.
Speaking about the campaign, Zappfresh director Prreya Agarwal said the idea stemmed from everyday realities experienced by women.
She said, “As women, especially mothers, we are constantly managing multiple responsibilities, and somewhere along the way, we forget to prioritise ourselves. Through this campaign, we wanted to go beyond convenience and start a conversation around self-worth and balance.”
She added that even a few moments of rest or personal time should not come with guilt, highlighting the importance of recognising one’s own well-being.
The campaign also ties closely to the positioning of Meevaa Foods, which focuses on convenience-driven ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook food offerings designed to simplify everyday life.
Rather than centring the campaign entirely around products, the brand has leaned into emotional storytelling and lived experiences, reflecting a broader shift among consumer brands towards purpose-led digital campaigns.
Targeted mainly at working women and mothers, the initiative also aims to resonate with anyone who regularly places the needs of others ahead of their own.
With Mee First, Meevaa Foods is serving up a gentle reminder this Mother’s Day: sometimes the most important thing on the to-do list is taking a moment for yourself.
