Punt Partners’ ShelfRadar joins Anthropic’s Claude partner network
The Bengaluru startup’s AI platform helps consumer brands crack the chaos of India’s quick commerce market
BENGALURU: Punt Partners has landed a coveted spot in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network, placing its decision intelligence product ShelfRadar.AI among the inaugural global cohort selected for the network’s Services Track, which launched on 3 June 2026.
ShelfRadar is not another analytics dashboard. Built natively on Claude’s API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructure, it functions as an answer engine for consumer brands trying to make sense of India’s ferociously complex quick commerce landscape, covering platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart. It pulls together data on dark store availability, warehouse inventory, organic and paid visibility, and promotions, then surfaces actionable decisions in minutes rather than days.
The problem it is solving is real and growing. Quick commerce in India has exploded into a high-velocity, high-stakes channel for FMCG and D2C brands, but the fragmentation across platforms, micro-markets and daily fluctuations in pricing and availability has left brand teams drowning. ShelfRadar combines proprietary listing data across every dark store in India with a brand’s own sales and operations data, running it through an agentic AI layer that plans, codes and visualises answers to complex cross-platform questions.
Madhu Sudhan, co-founder of Punt Partners, put it plainly. “Quick commerce has created a data problem that dashboards are poorly equipped to solve. The answer to why a brand lost revenue on a Tuesday in Bengaluru is never on one screen. It is buried in the intersection of inventory, pricing, competitor action and visibility. That is the problem ShelfRadar was built to solve.”
Ashwanth Kumar, chief technology officer of ShelfRadar, said the product was built from the ground up on Claude’s infrastructure, from its agentic decision engine to the MCP integration that lets brands query their data in natural language. The partnership, he added, gives the company access to Anthropic’s frontier capabilities, certified technical practices and a global network of enterprise AI deployments.
Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network in March 2026, backed by a $100m strategic investment fund. The network supports partners through specialised training, technical support, professional certifications and joint market development. The Services Track, which ShelfRadar has joined, is designed specifically for companies building and deploying Claude-powered solutions for enterprise customers.
Punt Partners, which has offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai, built ShelfRadar as a standalone product. The platform is already in use by leading FMCG and D2C brands managing pricing, inventory and advertising across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and Flipkart Minutes.
For India’s quick commerce brands, the shelf just got a lot smarter.
