SpeEdLabs scales hybrid learning model with AI-driven school integration push
Edtech firm expands personalised education ecosystem across 650 schools nationwide
MUMBAI: From chalkboards to check-ins, classrooms are getting a data-driven upgrade. SpeEdLabs is strengthening its hybrid and personalised learning ecosystem as it expands school-integrated education programmes across India, aiming to shift the focus from content delivery to measurable learning outcomes.
The company currently partners with more than 650 schools across 26 states, supporting over 150,000 students through a blended model that combines classroom teaching with digital tools, AI-enabled assessments, QR-integrated books and structured academic support. The approach is designed to help schools deliver more tailored learning experiences while improving student performance tracking.
At the core of the platform is a system that identifies individual learning gaps, provides targeted practice recommendations and offers teachers real-time insights into student progress. SpeEdLabs says this integration allows educators to focus more on teaching while technology handles continuous assessment and personalisation at scale.
Speaking on the evolving education landscape, SpeEdLabs founder & CEO Vivek Varshney said, “Education is moving toward models that combine strong classroom instruction with personalised academic support. Teachers remain central to the learning process, while technology enables individualised practice, assessments and feedback at scale.”
He added that schools are increasingly required to support diverse student ambitions through integrated systems that can adapt to different learning journeys and career pathways while still delivering measurable outcomes.
As part of its expansion strategy, SpeEdLabs is broadening its academic portfolio beyond traditional engineering and medical entrance preparation. Alongside its established JEE and NEET programmes, the company has introduced IPMAT preparation to cater to students exploring management-focused career paths.
It is also strengthening its STEM offerings with robotics, coding and AI-focused learning modules aimed at building future-ready skills among students.
A key pillar of the ecosystem is its national assessment and benchmarking framework, which allows students across partner schools to compare their performance at a national level. The system provides schools with data-driven insights to identify learning gaps and implement targeted interventions.
SpeEdLabs believes the future of education lies in connected learning ecosystems that bring together classroom instruction, technology, assessments and teacher enablement. As schools increasingly seek outcome-driven models, the company is positioning itself as a partner in building more personalised and measurable education systems across India.
