Together they could be the most formidable survival team on the planet – if only they could agree on strategy.

Discovery Channels survival series Dual Survivor is back with all new episodes in its exciting new season. The series will witness Cody, one of the world’s foremost experts in self-reliance and living off the land and Joe Teti, a former Force Recon Marine and Army Special Forces soldier using their skills to devise extraordinary ways to survive. Their aim is to demonstrate, in their own way, how the right skills and some creative thinking can keep you alive in the remote corners of the world.

The series will highlight the survival tips of Joe and Cody together as they face their first survival situation on a remote island. Viewers will witness their opposing approaches to survival pit while being trapped in a labyrinth of underground tunnels. Each episode will take viewers through a situation where they are lost on a perilous ridgeline, at 15, 000 feet above sea level. The duo is forced to descend slippery cliffs through extreme weather conditions, where altitude sickness and hypothermia threaten and life-preserving fire allude them. The journey adds more adventure when the dual survivors are stranded deep in the jungle of Vietnam knowing that their expertise can’t change the fact that they’re up against the hottest. Tune in to Discovery Channel and get to experience the tips and tricks to survive in the unforeseen situations.

Can they make it out of one of the thickest jungles in the world? Build a shelter among glaciers and winds blowing at 50 miles-per-hour? Or navigate a crocodile infested lake without a boat? The stakes are higher than ever before and as a twist of events unravels throughout the season, one member of Dual Survival will leave the show for good.

MUMBAI: Ridhi Dogra just sent a postcard from Hong Kong that’s worth framing because when a bustling metropolis reveals its quiet trails and timeless traditions, even the skyline takes a back seat. National Geographic has unveiled Postcards from Hong Kong, a refreshing travel series hosted and curated by actor Ridhi Dogra. Produced by National Geographic Creative Works in collaboration with the Hong Kong Tourism Board, the show offers an intimate, Indian traveller’s perspective on one of Asia’s most iconic cities, moving beyond its glittering harbour and skyscrapers to uncover serene beaches, scenic hiking trails and deep cultural traditions.

Across three visually rich episodes, Ridhi journeys through contrasting sides of Hong Kong. The first episode takes her on a quieter path of self-discovery to places like Sai Kung, Big Wave Bay, Dragon’s Back, Tai O, Ngong Ping, Po Lin Monastery and the Tian Tan Buddha. The second episode dives into the city’s energetic side, from the bustling streets of Causeway Bay to Happy Valley Racecourse, Michelin-starred spots and luxury shopping at Landmark.

Ridhi Dogra said, “Being part of Postcards from Hong Kong with Nat Geo was a deeply enriching experience. What I love about this journey is that it goes beyond the obvious; it’s not just about the skyline or the speed of the city but about the stories that live in its quieter corners.”
