Zee Studio to telecast mini series “From the Earth to the Moon”

MUMBAI: Zee Studio will telecast From the Earth to the Moon, a one-hour mini series, starting 7 January. 
The series is based on the backdrop of domestic controversy and volatile world politics in 1961 when Alan Shepard climbed more than 100 miles to enter outer space.
The Apollo space programme brought new horizons and almost unconquerable challenges until the final lunar mission in 1972. From the Earth to the Moon will air every Saturday at 7:30 pm with a repeat on Sunday mornings at 10 am.
The story is based in part on the book A Man on the Moon by Andrew Chaikin.
