Star One slots detective serial ‘Don’ for Friday 9 pm
MUMBAI: Star One explores the detective serial genre with a brand new show Don. Tube’s popular actor Parmeet Sethi plays the blood-queasy Detective Omkar Nath (DON). The serial launches on 10 February.
In the genre of detective serials, the USP of the show is it being grounded amidst the common man and its appeal to the masses, states an official release.
The crimes that Don solves are not of nation-threatening proportions – they are simple everyday crimes that would otherwise remain unsolved inside closed files. He brings justice to regular people who have been victims of regular crime, the release adds.
