Shashi Amin steps down as cable solutions CEO at Apar Industries

MUMBAI: Apar Industries has announced the resignation of chief executive officer – cable solutions Shashi Amin with effect from the close of business on December 12, 2025.

The company said Amin stepped down to pursue new challenges and opportunities outside Apar. Apar added that the resignation letter, including the stated reasons for his departure, has been submitted in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards governing material disclosures. 

In his resignation letter addressed to chairman managing director Kushal N  Desai, Amin expressed gratitude for the support and opportunities received during his tenure. He acknowledged the valuable and enriching experience of working with the leadership team and appreciated the opportunity to contribute to the organisation’s growth and success.
