NDTV shareholders approves appointment of Sanjay Pugalia and Senthil Chengalvarayan as directors

Mumbai: NDTV’s shareholders have approved the appointment of directors – Sanjay Pugalia and Senthil Chengalvarayan, media networks have reported. They will be whole-time directors for three years, starting April 2023.

Pugalia and Chengalvarayan were earlier non-executive directors. They were appointed as the new directors on the NDTV board soon after the resignation of Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy as directors on the Board of RRPR Holding Private Ltd. in November 2022 post the aquisition by Adani Group.
