‘Movies, masti, magic,’ Zee Cinema unveils new look

MUMBAI: In order to keep its viewers excited and keep the freshness alive on Zee Cinema, the movie channel has opted for a change in look. 

As part of the initiative, the channel packaging is being revamped. The channel has also introduced a fresh set of promos including new logo.
 

Speaking on the occasion, Zee Cinema business head Yogesh Radhakrishnan said, “Zee Cinema has evolved with the changing moods of viewers. Our brand identity is very strong with out viewers who have given us constant feedback based on which the look and feel of the channel has been designed.”

Adding further he said,” This brand re-packaging exercise was not an easy task, as we wished to be within the family of our core colours, green and yellow. The Zee Cinema logo still stands bright and shining”.

The best experts in the Hindi film industry were put on the task of giving a new look to Zee Cinema. These experts were headed by none other than Nabeel Abbas and Imran Khan. Music is composed by Salim Sulaiman and cinematography done by Amit Roy, said an official release.

The Zee cinema tag line movies, masti, magic was reflected at the party held at Mumbai’s Grand Hyatt on 2 July. Sajid Khan’s quiz show on Bollywood movies took care of movies while Munnabhai MBBS fame Mumayat Khan oozed enough masti on the crowd with her performance. And the party that followed provided that magical mood.

The event was attended by Bollywood personalities including Ram Gopal Varma, Sawan Kumar, Sanjay Gupta, Harry Baweja, Shakti Kapoor, Sameera Reddy and Negar Khan.

News18 India to air Sabse Bada Dangal on 4 May counting day

MUMBAI: Ballots will do the talking and screens will do the shouting. As counting day approaches for high-stakes Assembly elections across West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Assam and Puducherry, News18 India is gearing up for an all-day broadcast of its flagship election show, Sabse Bada Dangal, on 4 May from 6 am onwards.
