McDowell’s to hold Enrique contests at Mumbai pubs

MUMBAI: McDowell’s No 1 is all set to get Mumbai rocking for the Enrique Iglesias concert. Pop icon Iglesias will be performing in Mumbai for the first time on 11 April at the MMRDA Grounds.

McDowell’s is conducting a unique pub promotion in Mumbai from 2 – 10 April wherein they will be showcasing Iglesias’ music as a run up to the concert.
 
 
Various pubs and lounge bars across Mumbai will have simple contests where the MC will ask patrons questions about Iglesias, his music and his upcoming concert. The winners of these contests will of course receive exciting prizes.

The various clubs that will be covered by McDowell’s are Athena and Red Light on 2 April, HQ and Karma on 3 April, Hawain Shack, Lush, Rockbottom, Temptation and Enigma on 7 April, Indigo and Insomnia on 9 April and Mikanos and Polyster on 10 April.

The concert is being presented by McDowell’s in association with Pepsi, Airtel and MTV and is produced by DNA
Networks. NDTV, Radio City, Planet M, Times Card, Lufthansa
(Bangalore), are the category sponsors for the concert. In Mumbai, ITC Grand Maratha Sheraton is the hospitality host to the concert.
