Max announces “Aamdani Badhao Kharcha Ghatao Contest”

MUMBAI: Max the cricket and movies channel from Sony Entertainment Television’s stable has announced an innovative contest called . This is in conjunction with the film Aamdani Atthani Kharcha Rupaiyya starring Juhi Chawla and Govinda, which airs on 27 December at 9 pm.

A press release mentions that viewers will be asked a question during the screening of the movie and they have to submit their answers by 3 January. The prizes include a 21″ colour television set, a CD cum music cassette system and Max gift hampers are up for grabs.

The film is about the middle class people who face financial constraints, tremendous hardships and difficulties as survive on their meager earnings. The three main protagonists are neighbours who also work in the same garage. Unfortunately, their expenses are always more than their income. Their wives are homely women and extremely caring towards their families. But the wayward ways of their husbands are responsible for putting these women in trouble. The melodrama highlights the way in which the men are reformed.
