Louis Tomlinson comes to financial rescue of his former football team

MUMBAI: Louis Tomlinson, who is known for his film One Direction, has purchased his former financially struggling soccer team Three Horse Shoes in Yorkshire.
“The team was struggling to get a new kit together for the new season, and it filtered back to Louis,” thesun.co.uk quoted a source as saying.
“He decided to put his hand in his pocket as long as he can be called the owner and get the odd game when One Direction‘s diary allows,” the source added.
The singer has apparently roped in Yorkshire Tea as a sponsor for the team besides getting on board Nike to provide clothing and kits to the team.
