Kheterpal joins Adlabs Films as film production & distribution COO

MUMBAI: Sunir Kheterpal has joined Adlabs Films Ltd as the chief operating officer for its film production and distribution business.
Kheterpal moves in from Yes Bank where he was country head for entertainment and media banking.
An alumnus of the 1997 batch of IIM, Ahmedabad, Kheterpal has worked on the entertainment and media industry for almost six years. He had earlier served stints at Rabo India Finance and Bank of America.
At Adlabs Films, Kheterpal will be working closely with CMD Manmohan Shetty in the areas of corporate strategy, business development and facilitating operations along with the respective business heads.
Adding strength to the team, Anil Ambani recently roped in Tarun Katial who quit Sony Entertainment Television as executive vice president and business head to join Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Enterprise’s (ADAE) FM radio division as COO. With Adlabs bidding aggressively in the second phase of FM expansion, Katial will spearhead Ambani’s radio initiatives.
