MUMBAI: The Interactive Channel (TIC) has started beaming in Hong Kong on the Hong Kong Cable TV. The channel, which is initially available from 8 pm to 6 pm, will be converted as a 24-hour network on 1 December.

According to TIC founder chairman Rober Chua, TIC utilises the convergence of broadcast TV, radio, internet and mobile networking technologies to create infotainment-based programming.

For the interactive platform, TIC also makes use of mobile phones and the internet. The channel’s website www.tictv.com also plays a crucial role in enhancing the interactivity feature by hosting various games.
