Intelsat mulls KPMG appointment as auditor

Intelsat, the company offering telephony, corporate network, video and internet solutions, has announced the appointment of KPMG LLP as its independent auditor for the fiscal year ending 31 December. 

The appointment of KPMG LLP to replace Arthur Andersen LLP as Intelsat Ltd.’s auditor is subject to the approval of the company’s shareholders at the meeting to be held on 4 June.
