HBO comedy series kicks off 4th season on 4 Jan

MUMBAI: HBO’s comedy series Curb Your Enthusiasm will start its fourth season in the US on 4 January. In India, the show started airing on Zee English from 8 December. It airs every Monday at 10:30 pm.
What is unique is that the show has celebrities playing themselves. The show’s lead is Larry David who was involved with co-creating another popular sitcom Seinfeld. Curb Your Enthusiasm also stars Cheryl Hines as David’s wife Cheryl, and Jeff Garlin as David’s manager Jeff.
Appearing on the fourth season are series veterans Shelley Berman, Ted Danson, Susie Essman and Richard Lewis. Guest stars will include comic veteran Mel Brooks, Friends’ David Schwimmer and film actor Ben Stiller There’s Something About Mary.
Larry David is a veteran of the New York City comedy club scene. The show debuted on HBO in 2000. As with the third season, the fourth season will also consist of ten episodes.
