Fidelity hikes stake in Zee Telefilms to 7.04%

MUMBAI: Fidelity International Limited has informed the NSE that the shareholding of Fidelity Investments and its associates in Zee Telefilms Ltd has increased from 4.61 per cent (19,041,825 shares) to 7.04 per cent (29,059,88 shares).

Fidelity International Limited (FIL) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries acquired 217,166 shares through market purchase on 19 October, the company informed the NSE.

The purchase aggregates to 0.05 per cent of the total share capital of Zee Telefilms Ltd.
