Fauziah Ibrahim to anchor ‘World News’ for CNBC Asia Pacific
MUMBAI: Business and finance broadcaster CNBC Asia Pacific has announced the appointment of Fauziah Ibrahim to its anchor team. She will anchor the World News segment for the broadcaster’s morning shows.
Prior to CNBC, she was an anchor, producer, and reporter for Channel I News. She has also served as a producer for BBC’s Asia Business Report.
In addition to her television experience, Fauziah also has a background in radio as a producer and presenter for NewsRadio 93.8 in Singapore. She started her career in Australia and held positions such as producer and presenter for 6AM RadioWest, and reporter for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation in Perth.
Through its channels CNBC Asia Pacific claims availability in more than 35 million homes across the region.
