Divya Bhaskar Group launches Anand edition in Gujarat

MUMBAI: Divya Bhaskar group has announced the launch of its 16 page Anand edition. This is Anand’s first independent Gujurati newspaper edition and follows close on the heels of other editions in the state – Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Rajkot, Jamnagar and Saurastra ( Saurastra Samachar ).
The Divya Bhaskar Anand edition will cater to the Anand area popularly known as Charottar village.The paper aims to capture the readership of this village which has the largest number of high income group Gujaratis.

The Bhaskar Group has a strong presence in the media through newspapers, television, entertainment, printing as also through textiles, FMCG, oils, solvents and internet services. The other news dailies in the group’s portfolio include Hindi daily newspaper, Dainik Bhaskar, and the Gujarati newspaper, Divya Bhaskar.
