CCTV to run ‘The Amazing Race’ in China

MUMBAI: China’s national broadcaster CCTV has announced that it has bought the rights to CBS’ reality show The Amazing Race. In India the show airs on AXN.

Meanwhile ABC’s hit shows Desperate Housewives and Lost will travel to the Philippines. Philippines broadcaster Studio 23 signed a deal with Buena Vista Television International.

The Phillipines broadcaster has also picked up the rights for The Amazing Race and the action oriented Alias wiith Jennifer Garner. These deals were signed as a part of the ongoing Los Angeles screenings.
