Ashok Kumar Goel elevated to MD Essel Propack

MUMBAI: Ashok Kumar Goel, the youngest of the four Goel brothers after Subhash Chandra, Laxmi Goel and Jawahar Goel, has been appointed vice-chairman and managing director of Essel Propack Ltd.
Ashok Goel, who is currently executive V-C, has been elevated to his present position following the retirement of Essel Propack chief executive Cyrus Bagwadia. For the immediate term, there will be no CEO, company executives say.
According to the information available with indiantelevision.com, Bagwadia is not taking up any assignment at present. Bagwadia, whose family is settled in Singapore, has already shifted there company executives say.
