Promoters up stake in PNC to 34.35%
: The promoters of Pritish Nandy Communications (PNC) have increased their stake in the company to 34.45 per cent.
Artinvest India, a promoter group company, has bought 1.30 per cent of PNC shares in the market in tranches to raise its stake to 2.69 per cent.
With this transaction, the promoters have increased their stake from 33.15 per cent to 34.45 per cent.
The shares of PNC ended Friday at 18.30 on the BSE, 3.68 per cent down from the previous day‘s close.
