Pranam-Walekum set for April release

MUMBAI: Producer Sandiip Kapur has decided to release Pranam- Walekum, the directorial debut film of character artiste Sanjay Mishra in April.

As the title suggests, Pranam-Walekum, with its tongue in cheek humor, takes a funny and satirical poke at religious tolerance and intolerance in India.

Made under the banner of Promodome Films, the movie stars Giselli Monteiro, Vijay Raaz, Manu Rishi, Shilpa Shukla, Manoj Pahwa, Sanjay Mishra, Vindu Dara Singh and others. Irrfan Khan is in a guest appearance.

It is interesting to note that Tigmanshu Dhulia has offered to direct two scenes for the film. Mishra asked him to direct two scenes for him as good-luck charm after which the Sahib Biwi Aur Gangster director agreed.

Mishra has acted in films like Toonpur Ka Superrhero, Phas Gaye Re Obama, Golmaal 3 and Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge?
